Positive: Nice flat, good location. The shower was nice and powerful. The double bed was comfortable, although a little soft than we normally like, but slept well. It was great to have a car parking space. Nice big TV, some channels it did not pick up, quite a comfortable sofa and good communication with owner.

Negative: My auntie slept in the single room and unfortunately did not sleep well as the bed was too hard and small. A lamp would be good in the lounge as the main light is quite bright. There is no bulb in the lamp in the single room. Trains are rather loud as next to the railway line, but to be honest, we soon got used to it.

Positive: My parents stayed at this 2-bedroom flat for one week and were very pleased with the spaciousness, private parking, and excellent communication from the host. The host went above and beyond by regularly checking in to see if they needed anything. The flat was fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from cutlery to toiletries. The location is also great—close to the town centre!

Positive: The flat had everything that my colleague and I needed. Well stocked kitchen, with everything (including a washing machine), that we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, comfortable lounge area and off road parking which is a necessity in the area. The railway ran next to it, but didn't really notice it after the first day.

Negative: Nothing really.

Summary: 2 bed lovely flat says it all.

Positive: We were just moving into the country and we decided to stay at this lovely 2 bedroom flat. It was honestly one of the best things we’ve ever done. The host was so generous with her time and helped us a lot with everything we wanted. The flat itself is wonderful, spacious, and very clean, and the area is beautiful! With many parks around and Sutton center around the corner, you are truly well connected. Extra points that it has a car park and pets are allowed, which our dog loved. If you’re coming into london, and considering staying in Sutton, this will definitely be your best option.

Negative: The host was rude in her correspondence. It is very close to the train tracks, you can hear and feel the ground shake when a train passes. The property was dusty and not cleaned properly. There was expired leftover food in the fridge.

Positive: It was clean, bright and well presented, there were nice touches with toiletries & kitchen accessories on arrival. It was close to many parks, not far from the high street with a range of shops, the neighbours were friendly & it suited our needs, as our daughter had to access a local school, daily. The beds were very comfortable & there was fast broadband so I could ‘work from home’. We brought our little dog & the owner was fine about that. Parking was behind the property in a private space. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Negative: Only the fact that you could sometimes hear the sounds of adjacent neighbours moving around. If you’re not used to that it can be a bit startling at first but for a short stay it’s fine and we didn’t notice it after the first day/night.

Summary: Smashing property- a great stay! Great location!

Positive: Great location with good train links to central London. Has a private parking spot (big plus). Flat was clean enough and presentable with good amenities that meant we were well covered if we wanted to stay in at all. Host was communicative and very friendly, such as dropping a "how are things" going message part way through, which was nice. Price was good at £147/night, especially on a bank holiday weekend. Split between 3 that was pretty cheap If the problems listed below are resolved I'd be happy to stay again

Negative: Biggest problem was the listing stated 1 double, 2 single and 1 sofa bed. Actually was 1 double, 1 single and 1 sofa (not a bed) so we were effectively down at least 1 bed. Thankfully there was only 3 of us so we managed, especially as it wasn't practical or affordable to stay elsewhere at short notice Mixer tap on the shower didn't work, but the water was at the correct temp so didn't cause a problem luckily. A hyper sensitive smoke alarm and a kitchen sink that was super slow to drain were minor annoyances compounded by the bed problem. Without that, this would have been an 8-9/10 It's also right next to the train track - didn't bother us, but a useful FYI.

Summary: Very good price/location and decent flat spoiled a little by "missing" beds
