Negative: A full kitchen would be great, but we had everything we needed for our short stay.

Negative: Payment did not go through from Booking to the host, so I got a call in the middle of the morning needing payment. Perfectly pleasant, no problem, but I thought it was being paid for through Booking.com.

Negative: The only thing the property lacked was a kitchen, or at least a “wet bar” area with at least a sink. But it worked for us!

Positive: Pros: *Great communication with the staff. *Easy to find and access the property. *Super clean. (Actually, it was spotless!!!) *Comfy beds *Lots of light in the living room and hallway *Very private *Perfect size for 2 to 4 people. *Great price for being in such an ideal proximity to downtown Franklin. *On a quiet street Cons: *(This is my fault as I should've read a little more into the property) There is no actual kitchen. There's a small dorm-size fridge and a microwave in the living room. We brought in a few groceries, not realizing there's no oven and weren't able to cook. (Again, it's my fault. I double-checked the property online, and it says "Kitchen: refrigerator." Nothing else. There is a coffee (Keurig) machine with pods, sugar, and cream, but no utensils to stir. *Shower pressure wasn't strong. *The back bedroom was a little dark. Overall, this was a great stay for my mom and I in the cutest town in middle Tennessee. I would stay here again!
