Positive: Joel was extremely effective and an outstanding host. He was very thoughtful, prompt, and attentive to someone who booked from overseas/outside the Philippines. The place was well maintained, spacious, clean, and really a home away from home. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Manila.

Negative: Quite honestly, there's nothing to not like overall. If I have an area of improvement to mention is hopefully we can get to a point wherein the payment options can be made with more alternatives. I did not settle the payment through booking.com, thinking I could swipe my credit card when I reach the property, basically pay it onsite. This was not an option for me since there was no card reader on the property. Fortunately, Joel provided the option and helped me with doing a direct bank transfer from my overseas account..
