Sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed (with 1 1/2" fiber bed topper) in bedroom #1, a full size (with memory foam mattress) in bedroom #2, and a daybed with trundle in bedroom #3. Family room w/ dining area connected. Family room has a 50" TV with a sectional couch, and high speed internet connection.
Fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook. All the utilities you need- microwave, a Kenmore 5 top gas burner stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and a washer/dryer. Dining room table can seat anywhere from 4-10 people. Hair dryer, towels, iron & ironing board are provided. Hardwood floors throughout. Cozy outside patio, great for hanging with friends.

Summary: We were in Tulsa for a horseshow at the expo center and this house was perfect. Safe and walkable to the arenas. Kristi is a great host who made sure we were taken care of and easy to reach if we needed. This will be our ho-to next year for sure!

Summary: Overall we loved the house and the location. The manager was amazing and very helpful! I had a little trouble with the thermostat…mostly cause I’ve never used one like it before. The beds are comfortable, home was very clean spacious and upgraded. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Expo center and had several teenage girls and parents in our group staying at the house. We had plenty of room and places to sleep. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we walked to the Expo Center. We were very happy with this house and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Very comfortable. Appreciated two bathrooms- one with a step-in shower, dining area, computer area and a tv area, plus a living room. Could see the oil man statue of convention center from bedroom window! Will come again.
