Positive: Great place, very quiet, yet in right in the center of town, near large Supermarkets, plenty of pubs and great restaurants. The host and Owner Gayle is very welcoming and kind.

Negative: Nothing, all was good

Negative: Was like staying in your nans extension. Full of Nik naks. Bed was two single beds pushed together at different heights. Just felt like someone's disorganized home they live in... Was even asked to strip the bed when leaving... Not for us sorry

Positive: The location was extremely central and had all facilities within walking distance, the beds were super comfy and the apartment was clean upon arrival. Gayle upgraded us to a better suited apartment in the same gated area upon learning we were 4 individuals and not couples which was nice of her. She also had fresh milk and tea set up in the apartment upon arrival so guests could sit for 5 after travelling before heading out to shop for food

Negative: The electricity, heating and lighting around the property were very temperamental and would randomly not work for hours some nights which doesn’t help it being November where it’s dark and cold and we have no heating or light past 5pm in the hallways and bedrooms, upon leaving the owner was very accusatory of us moving objects around the apartment under the guise of “she would never allow us to rent the apartment in the state we found it” and became increasingly rude to us as we tried to negotiate the collection of our deposit. Her 3 dogs would also always bark at the door every time one of us would leave or enter the apartment and when they roamed the shared garden would growl threateningly at us, they could do with some better training. One of the key windows on the property also wouldn’t lock at all leaving us at a huge security risk for the almost 2 weeks we stayed.

Summary: Overall ok experience, a LOT to be worked on
