Positive: Very comfortable and spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Location excellent for shops, restaurants and public transport and fairly quiet.

Negative: Not enough storage in the bathroom. Shelves? around /near the sink would be good. Seating and area outside the front was scruffy.

Summary: Comfortable, spacious but bathroom on the small side. Good Wi-Fi. Location great.

Positive: Exceptionally clean. Comfortable & private. Short walk to food outlets, bars & supermarket. Had nice outdoor seating but being winter we didn't get the chance to utilise it.

Negative: No window in smaller bedroom & lack of power points by bed in same bedroom but only a problem if you want to charge phone by the bed, but not a big issue.

Positive: Comfortable 2 bed property in a location that worked well for us close to Mount Eden with nice restaurants. Outdoor table and chairs under a veranda that was nice to sit out on

Negative: It’s located in the back garden of a residential property so facing their back door. We didn’t mind as we were out all day. It doesn’t have a washing machine or anywhere to hang out clothes which we appreciated in the other properties we stayed in.
