Positive: Excellent location, appliances in great working order and everything you needed. Modern and well presented. Excellent customer care with very quick and super helpful replies. Recommend a stay here.

Negative: One of the windows needed a clip, the communication was excellent, they would have fixed it asap, it worked better for us to get it fixed the day we departed so they did it then, thank you.

Positive: This is centrally located and close to the city and well priced accommodation and spacious. The hosts were really responsive to our queried but we had to communicate through the booking.com app as we didn't have phone contact number. It was comfortable but could do with a little attention to detail to take it to the next level.

Negative: We arrived at night and the key lock was difficult to open as we had to google it to get the keys as it was not opening because it was cold. Also it would be helpful to have something that explained where everything was as the iron was in the upstairs cupboard and the spare blankets were stored in the sofa bed. There was also no dishcloths for washing up and there were stains on the couch and the toilet was not clean under the seat.
