Positive: It is very easy to find the place. Great communication about how to get our keys — made check-in super simple. Nice and quiet, no noise from neighbors, which we really appreciated. Loved having a washing machine and dryer available — so handy for a family trip! Plenty of linen and towels were provided, which was awesome. Comfortable beds — we all slept really well. Loved that we had the option to clean up ourselves if we wanted to.

Negative: What I didn’t like: The place could do with a deep clean, especially the walls and ceiling. The oven needed a thorough clean. We ended up cleaning the heat pump filters and some of the cupboards ourselves. The shower could use some maintenance (it needs new silicone/sealant). Overall, the place was basically clean and comfortable, but a deep clean would make a big difference.

Positive: Ashi was very accommodating and let us check in a little earlier as our flight arrived early from Australia. The house great spot near shops and food places the area is quite and house meet our needs. Felt like home away from home. Will differently recommend to others and will book our stay with Ashi when we come to Hamilton.

Negative: The shower needed a good clean some of the sharp knife handles were broken so beware some of the dishes weren’t clean as still had food marks on it
