Summary: Paolo is extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with.The flat has all a family needs.It’s not fancy hence not a 5 Star accommodation, but it’s very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The stairwell & outside looks a bit rough but it’s not the hosts fault. He has plants hanging on his landing which adds a pleasant ambiance. We felt very safe overall. The neighbors all seemed very nice as well. The fiat is on the top floor but it’s an easy walk up and we liked the exercise. The location is in a residential area that’s easy to access via public transportation or Ubers etc…It’s a quick easy walk to a very nice park.Lots of good shops all around.Very diverse local population, which we appreciated.I highly recommend staying here.It was affordable, spacious, has great energy in the flat and Paolo is a wonderful host.You can see the sunrise from the kitchen and the sunset from the living room. Tons of light and birds chirping. We really enjoyed our stay.Thank you for a lovely home away from home. The Vanderwerfs
