Summary: Nice quiet spot walkable to the beach. Trailer with thin walls, queen beds w full box springs, no towels included. Needs some new screens. Very nice if you’re not choosy.

Summary: The property is located in a great spot, very convenient for getting to the beach and pier. The check in/check out and communication with the owner was seamless. My only complaint was on the cleanliness of the property. The cleaning fee is high but the property was not as clean as I expected it would be. Lots of cobwebs that we vacuumed up in the bathroom, the kitchen counter had some stains and dust was everywhere especially on the headboards of the beds. There were crumbs on the stove and dust on the fridge as well. May want to look into getting new cleaners. Otherwise the beds and couch were very comfortable and we appreciated the outdoor seating area.
