Summary: 1. AC did not work 2. There was a bee infestation that stayed with us for the entire stay, in spite of attempts at spray. 3. Carpet and sofa were run down 4. The unit provided was not as shown on the website.

Summary: -Good location, nice spacious unit, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Staff was polite. We were generally content and give it a 3/5 rating. -Stayed in #2210. Tired room with chipped furniture/shelving. Kitchen cupboards damaged and would not close properly, 4 slice toaster with only 2 slices working, strong smell of cigarettes in the kitchen despite no smoking rules, arcade room with 80% of games out of order, partial attraction to our booking was the water slide in the pool for the kids. We were told it needed 3 lifeguards to operate but only ever 0-1 lifeguards on shift at a time. Kids returned from the pool one evening soaked because the hotel "ran out of towels".

Summary: This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Summary: The hotel staff were very friendly. We had a few hiccups with our keys and the room not having a balcony, but they immediately changed us to a room with a balcony and have us a credit back for any inconveniences we experienced. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Compared to the on line photos this unit was older and not well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and bright however only one blow dryer worked (we were 6 ladies). The coffee maker did not work, and we needed maintenance to come in to adjust the heat in the 2 bed bedroom as it was very cold and when the floor heater was turned on it was very noisy throughout the night. In the kitchen the stovetop was really not at all clean and overall the place felt tired. We did enjoy our time as we were together and this place was fine but far from what we expected when we booked.
