Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in Ascona. We enjoyed meeting the owner, Ida, upon check-in. She explained the features of the apartment and the communal laundry facilities. The apartment had everything we needed. The balcony gave us a splendid view over the rooftops to the hillside development and the mountains beyond. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, promenade, bakery, groceries, and bus stop. We hope to return soon!
