Positive: Ideally located for what we needed. We needed to meet with friends for a charity ride 5 mins away. Conveniently located near amenities (pubs & tesco)

Negative: Cleanliness was severely lacking!! Fridge shelves were dirty, kitchen sink was heavily soiled with water spotting, there was an item of washing up on draining board that hadn’t been put away, soiled cutlery and bowl, water remaining in the kettle, random McDonald’s ketchup serving on floor of a bedroom & a dirty table. Only one towel for two people. Also a mouldy hot cross bun in the cupboard. We left it for the next guest, it’d be interesting if it was still there! With this in mind, I think it was overpriced for what was received.

Summary: Ideal location for our needs, however a number of items need addressing.

Negative: Hadn't been cleaned very well, hair in the bath no toilet paper no washing up liquid one disgusting sponge, pots where burnt and unusable. Sofa bed wasn't made up as said, instructions for getting into the property- terrible!

Negative: Our only gripe the property was unfinished in terms of attention to detail. No bathroom mirrors/bathmat No bedside tables/lighting mattress protectors No tea towels drink mats Instruction manuals for appliances just thrown in randim pile under boiler
