Summary: Set with beautiful grounds and buildings, the actual holiday cottage is perfect for 4 adults on a break. The beds are comfy and everything is spotless. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful welcome pack. So many lovely little touches that make all the difference. Recommend breakfast at The Vestry, via a 15 minute stroll through the fields. Really lovely accommodation, we'd love to come back one day.

Summary: Lovely cottage. Would recommend. Ian and Debs, the owners were very welcoming without being intrusive. Welcome pack lovely. My husband injuried his ankle and they got him some items from the chemist to help him. So thoughtful.

Summary: We couldn't have picked up a better place than Stable Cottage. The location is perfect as you can feel isolated but at the same time within few minutes drive from the shops. Stunning cottage with all amenities needed. The bathtub was for us the cherry on the top! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we would like to thank them for that. We hope to visit again one day.

Summary: Stable Cottage is in a beautiful location and is well equipped. In fact I've possibly never stayed in such a well equipped and luxurious holiday cottage (and with the most comfortable beds). Uley is a small village but was well worth visiting, great pub, some interesting local history and excellent walking on the doorstep. The cottage owner had left suggestions for local walks which were much appreciated.
