Summary: Great base for local walks lovely food in the Baycliff pub literally next door. Lovely cottage with a nice garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Summary: Very impressed with the cottage. Really well appointed and the owners have thought of everything. Lovely secluded garden, modern kitchen with brilliant range, comfy large lounge with beams. modern bathroom/shower. Good WiFi, modern TV with surround sound, nice varied selection of DVDs, books etc etc. The beach is 5mins walk away, 2 villiage pubs , farm shop, mountains nearby. And nice n quiet. No hesitation recommending Jackdaw Cottage.

Summary: Had a four day break which was ok, comfortable apart from the bathroom which is very compact and tired. On arrival we informed the owners that the television wasn’t working, we felt that they thought it was something we were doing wrong, contacted owners again on the third night to say that it was still a problem, a neighbour/friend called in to check it and agreed there was a problem, an engineer arrived on day four and replaced the aerial.
