Summary: Great location near many amenities. House was clean and was a great place to stay while in Eugene.

Summary: Everything was as advertised and was a great place to stay while in Eugene. Compared to what was available in the mid-priced 2-bedroom homes in the area, I would consider this property a very good value at the rates that were charged. Safe-feeling neighborhood, nicely stocked kitchen, and big backyard with covered patio w/fire pit & outdoor furniture was a nice touch. The only recommendation I would make would be to replace the uncomfortable mattresses and noisy/squeaky bed frames. Light sleeper wife had to sleep on the couch. Other than that, this place provided everything that we expected.
