Positive: -Close to Mayo -Beautiful view and lots of natural light -Fitness room -Chess! -Close to market -functional kitchen -comfortable beds -accessibility for seniors

Negative: -street noise was sometimes really loud late at night and early mornings -internet was spotty and tv wasn’t working on our last night, but we survived! 😹 -bathrooms were not senior safe (no grab bars or slip resistant mats in showers) -no bench near entry for taking shoes off (also not senior friendly) -no recycling bins in apartment -no curtains in bedrooms to block out street and city lights which are quite bright.

Negative: Water pressure low and hot water did not heat unless water run for 15 minutes (bathroom sink and kitchen sink). Coffee maker did not work (individual pods). We followed the printed instructions for end of stay found in the hallway however additional instructions were sent via email which we did not see until we had left. All instructions should be printed and provided in hallway. As a result we did not run a load of laundry. What does the cleaning fee cover if guests are asked to strip beds and run a load of laundry?

Summary: Good experience overall. Our host was very responsive and the apartment comfortable and welcoming.
