Villa Arion: A Two bedroom Stone Villa for 4 Guests, with private pool.
Villa Arion, our charming turret-style Maisonette featuring 2 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 4 guests. This traditional stone-built Villa spans two floors, offering private bathrooms for both bedrooms.
The first floor hosts the Master Bedroom, boasting a double bed, en suite bathroom, and a balcony showcasing breathtaking sea vistas. Ascend to the second floor to find the Twin bedroom with two single beds, private bathroom, exposed wooden beam ceiling, and a window offering mesmerising sea views that stretch endlessly!
On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and cozy fireplace (for winter escapes or remote working opportunities*) awaits! You'll also find a convenient WC with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop stove, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, coffee maker (for filter coffee and Dolce Gusto espresso capsules), liquidiser and various cooking utensils.
Step through the French doors onto the verandah and admire our stunning vistas! Embrace outdoor living, with a spacious outdoor lounge area, outdoor dining table, sun beds, outdoor shower and mobile coal BBQ. An inviting space for relaxation and rejuvenation!

There is parking space for one car inside the premises for Villa Arion. More parking space can be found just outside of the main gate.
The property is a complex of 3 detached Villas and is gated. The gate opens with a code panel.
The nearest village is Nikiana coastal village at 6-7mins drive down the hill, where you can find the beach (no waves, easy for children), restaurants, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, ATM, boat rental, etc. The walk down to the village is a nice 25min walk that is good for exercise, especially the way up. We are located uphill (thus the amazing views) and for the drive up, although all kinds of vehicles can pass (even larger trucks) as the road is paved all the way up, we recommend cars and not vans just for your convenience and also easier parking. We have also arranged delivery services up to the Villas from the nearest supermarkets, cafes and some food places.
Our staff have a discreet presence and our property manager is on call for your every need. We can also arrange for you extra services such as boat/car rental, massage, private chef, etc. Preferably let us know in advance in order to secure availability.

Summary: I don’t think we will be able to beat the remarkable views from here. It was breathtaking when we stepped outside and totally worth the drive from Athens. I would recommend this place to any friends traveling in the area!

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. Everything we needed and more. Spiros was amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. The journey up the mountain is slightly scary but you wouldn’t get the view from villa if you were lower down.

Summary: Fantastic property, ideal for 4 adults. Breathtaking views over Nikiana. Steep drive up to the villa but the views more than make up for it. Car is a must have. We walked down the hill the first night to try it and it took about 40mins..no taxi available to come back up so the local supermarket owner gave us a lift back . Pool is beautiful and a good size..was lovely and very much welcomed after the heat. Villa well managed. We had lovely Sprios looking after us who was very friendly and was always on hand if needed. Would happily visit again..loved it

Summary: The title says is all. Lovely villa with everything you could possibly need. We stayed in villa Arion which I think is the smallest of the 3 but it was plenty big enough for 2 couples. The road leading to it from the village is tricky initially but you soon get used to it and it is worth it for the peace and quiet and amazing views. Dioni is so helpful and communications brilliant. The welcome basket is a lovely touch and really helpful.

Summary: We’ve just left after a week at this property. It’s an amazing and definitely special place. We were a family of 4 and enjoyed the towns’ tavernas as well as the beaches. We also recommend going to the west coast to enjoy the beaches. A car is necessary and apart from the tricky road to get up, the villa was completely worth it. Dioni treats it as a hotel - everywhere is so clean. They even cleaned the BBQ! We have had a fantastic week and would recommend this property to everyone.
