Summary: The apartment is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The bedrooms are small, especially the single one which has no hanging or drawer space. Not a problem if you’re only there for 2/3 days. Communication with Michael and Kirstie was excellent. We had a couple of queries and the response was almost instant. The location was fine for us. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the Titanic Exhibition. It would be a bit longer to walk into the centre of Belfast.

Summary: Kitchen area needs update, cooker and Hob need deep clean, worn cooker controls so no idea of workings, no instruction leaflet (except for Hob). Hardly any kitchen utensils, only 2 dining chairs, very small table. Shower needs updating, nil toiletries provided. All can be easily rectified with minimum TIC - shame really could be high standard.

Summary: The apartment was beautiful, and we could walk to city centre (25+ minutes - maybe less). If you're a traveler who just goes with the flow, communication & check-in is great. If you're like me, and prefer more, not less, information (especially with a phone that wasn't working properly), it was a bit stressful. However, Michael was helpful and it all worked out.
