Summary: Beds were very comfortable and unit was clean. The heat wasn’t working properly, wouldn’t go above 66 and it was very cold in the unit. The remotes didn’t work either. The host was responsive and came over late that night but needed to call for service on heat. Did replace batteries in remotes. Brought in space heaters for the next night, not ideal. Also, lots of plug in air fresheners in unit and hallway, not pleasant.
