Summary: This was the perfect place for our family vacation as our home away from home. Husband and I came up from Florida to visit with our son who lives in an apartment nearby. There were 5 of us total including son's girlfriend and her 4 year old. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the backyard, the community pool, and use of the kitchen for small meals. The host provided towels for the pool and there were also games to play in the backyard. The location in Apex was convenient to grocery, shops and downtown where we visited the farmer's market on Saturday. Highly recommend.

Summary: We were in town to visit our son in Raleigh including our two small dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to host thanksgiving dinner. The yard was perfect for the dogs as well. So many interesting things to look at in the house too!

Summary: My family stayed at Fabian’s home for my son’s baseball tournament at Thomas Brook’s Field. It was only a 10 minute drive, super quick and easy. Fabian’s home felt like our home while we were there. Super cozy and clean, it was perfect! Not only was the home amazing but Fabian was a great host and also responded super quickly to any messages. Seems like a great man! I can’t recommend this place enough! My family would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Fabian!

Summary: Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in the Raleigh/Durham area! Beautifully furnished, wonderful great room and kitchen on the first floor, spacious bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. Great backyard enjoyed by our family and dog. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores less than five minutes away.
