Enjoy unsurpassed ocean views and private beach access. The large open kitchen/dining/living area layout allows for easy entertaining and gathering with family and friends. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. The oceanfront master suite will allow you to take in gorgeous beach views and the lull of the ocean waves to fall asleep. Enjoy the pristine Portofino IV community pool when you are not on the sandy shores of Garden City Beach. Ample parking for four vehicles and can accommodate up to fourteen guests.
