Nestled on 20 wooded acres this cozy 2-bedroom Smithville retreat will have you enjoying the city life in no time or getting off the grid for a minute. You get to choose! Our 1914 farmhouse features 3 queen beds, a cozy living space, and a fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy. With amenities like WiFi including a dual monitor station for work, vanity/full size mirror to get ready for a night out in Kansas City your stay will be nothing short of amazing! The bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo and a hair dryer has been added for your convenience. We are 12 minutes from the airport and about 10-20 minutes from all things FUN whether hiking/biking or boating at Smithville Lake, dinner and concert night out, or relaxing with takeout and a movie in the farmhouse. Enjoy all the wildlife including our chickens. Don’t forget to shop our darling little downtown and restaurants.
