Positive: I had a spacious fine room, separate bathrooms were always in excellent condition. Convenient location to Bart station, and bus lines. I had no problem with the smartphone app for opening doors to the building and my room, but you need to remember to always carry your phone with you.

Negative: Too much drug use in the area sorry.

Negative: Because of the the location the area can be frequented by a lot of drug users, but the hotel itself seems quite safe and secure once you’re inside.

Positive: The price was great, and the fellow travelers were kind. Staff was great when I had issues with the digital key.

Negative: The access key app was cumbersome and quit working prior to checkout. I hadn’t realized there was not a private en suite bathroom. I was nervous about leaving my room for a quick bathroom break because if I forgot my phone I would be locked out. The road noise was incredibly loud.

Positive: Everything was kept clean. There was someone there every day and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The location was also perfect for transiting around the city.

Negative: Nothing, everything was great!

Negative: - Sketchy area: street is full of homeless people, one shooting happened on the street when we were there - Digital key: you always have to bring along your phone in order to open your room - Contactless stay: no one is there on site if you ever needs help, especially in the evenings or weekends - Poor customer service: expect no reply or not-helpful, delayed reply whenever there’s a situation that their help is required
