Positive: A real home from home excellent facilities, immaculately clean and comfortable a lot of thought from the owners (who are very easy to get hold of should you have any questions) even little things like USB chargers next to bed, extra TV in bedroom, Towels, bedding , cleaning products iron, ironing board tea coffee milk…. all makes for an easy stay. Easy parking, friendly community and peaceful. Great location for exploring up to Cromer and down to Southwold and the surroundings

Negative: If I had to be really picky it would be the main bedroom is only a double (which we knew) as opposed to to a King size but that’s only because of what we are used to

Positive: These houses are not very big but this one was well thought out with respect to furniture. The beds were good quality and there was a freezer and washing machine in the kitchen. This property also provided extra bedding material.

Negative: The double bed was a standard British one, 160 x 190 cm at most. Not easy for tall people. The small kitchen had a lot but no dishwasher
