Positive: The service was exceptional, from pre planning Kudzai was really helpful in facilitating everything including airport transfers for all 12 of us on a golf trip. Mr T (Tinashe) the manager ensured everything was perfect and even helped us plan a bbq before we departed. Got a coutesy visit from the owner and overally the team sold Zimbabwe as an amazing holiday destination for my friends that had visited from Rwanda & Uganda. The hotel is also 4 minutes walk to 2 amazing restaurants.
