Positive: In June 2025, my family and I spent two weeks vacationing in this beautiful luxury apartment with a very large terrace. The apartment is very centrally located, so shopping, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment's furnishings (bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen) are very modern and comfortable. The air conditioning was new and worked perfectly, allowing the entire apartment to be cooled to the desired temperature. The kitchen has not only a refrigerator and a stove, but also an oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen appliances and the entire apartment was exemplary. The owner has thought of everything (hairdryer, detergent, washing machine, clothes rack, parasol, and water hose for the terrace). We enjoyed the view from the terrace. Sitting there in the evenings was a real pleasure for us. The owner of the apartment is very hospitable. My family and I felt welcome. I would recommend this apartment to anyone planning a vacation in Komotini.
