On the upper floor there is access to the Amie Chalet, three bedrooms, of them two doubles and a twin room and two bathrooms with showers.
Downstairs, on the other hand, you will have a spacious living room with a large window looking out onto the garden, an open kitchen, a bathroom with WC and washbasin and the magnificent furnished garden, as well as the staircase leading down to the garage.
An elegant wood-burning fireplace will brighten your winter evenings, letting you experience the true atmosphere of a chalet in the Dolomites.
In the garage there is not only a parking space with electric car charging station but also a laundry room for free use and a private ski room.

At 300 meters you will find the bus stop, where you can travel to all locations in beautiful South Tyrol free of charge with the tickets provided at check-in.
In winter the location is extraordinary, as the Monte Pana chairlift is always close by, where both young and old can set off for the wonderful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski and also reach the Sellaronda.
A lovely garden with a view of the mountains and the adjacent river will allow you to relax in the fresh air.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15Β°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21Β°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500β¬.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50β¬ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
