Positive: The apartment is so close to town, and in a beautiful location. It's only a short walk from the public car park, and a short walk from the town and some gorgeous shops. There is everything you need inside the apartment, and it was lovely and clean.

Negative: We had instructions about where to collect the keys. Upon arriving at the lock boxes, noticed there were multiple key boxes on the gate. However, the host had given us instructions about what was written on the lockbox, but it didn't match. So we had to ring the help number of the guest house, which initially wasn't answered, and when they did ring back they were a bit short. It would be helpful to ensure it's clear on the box which is for the correct apartment. One of the mattresses in the twin room could do with being replaced, as it was a bit bumpy.

Summary: Very pleasant stay, and we would happily stay again and recommend to others

Positive: Brilliant apartment, very clean and well equipped. It was situated in one of the best areas in Bath close to the centre within easy reach of the Abbey and Roman Spa.

Positive: It’s a well appointed, lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. Perhaps the only slight issues were that the bed we had in the main bedroom is too soft and seemed old, and the bath in the 2nd bathroom didn’t work well (only 1 tap worked). But these are small issues as the overall stay was excellent.
