Summary: It is a beautiful and clean house with a lot of space to spread out. The kids (as well as the adults) always had something to do whether it be swimming in the gorgeous pool/jacuzzi, playing basketball, watching a movie in the TV room, or using the outdoor space to play pickleball. Ilan was a great host and he was always available when needed such as when the garbage disposal was jammed and when we could not figure out how to turn on the TV and projector in the movie room. It is a custom home so it would have been helpful if things were explained in person or even a small written guide. For example, which light switches turn on which lights or which remote controls control which TVs but we figured it out. Just a couple of things that didn’t work, such as a couple of the locks in the doors do not lock (bedroom and bathroom), and we were unable to control the temp in one of the ovens. Although it is noted in the listing that the owners do live on the property, it does not specify that the rental property and the owners property is separated only by a door. Although we never had any contact with them or felt uncomfortable, it is something to note. It is an amazing property and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My mom turned 70 and we were lucky enough to have the chance to stay at Ilan’s family home. What a special treat. Ilan was thoughtful, kind and on it when we needed help. For example as soon as we figured out the pool heater wasn’t working he had someone out in an hour to fix the problem. About the house it was perfect at least it was for us. The views were outstanding, my niece loved the personal play set, family gatherings around the fire pit were magical as well as the time we spent by the pool. We also brought our dogs which were also in heaven the entire time. (Don’t recommend dogs that run off though the placeIs not gated) There was 9 of us and it was nice that we didn’t feel cramped, we all felt like we had our own space when needed but also great gathering areas when we wanted to all be together. In fact we never left the property while we were there except one grocery stop, which was only 10 min drive away. So if you’re looking for a resort feel getaway I would highly recommend Ilan’s place!
