Positive: I like the lobby area, the guest service from one individual which was a woman didn't get her name, the pool and the outdoor seating was beautiful.

Negative: I didnt like that the rooms, they were outdated, the hallways were very narrow. The bathroom tubs were yellow and the tiles in the bathroom were worn down on the floor. You can tell because it was black in color

Summary: Everything was OK overall. Just wanted a better experience for the amount paid

Positive: I wanted a room with a king size bed and when I went to check in, they told me they had to give me a room with two queen size beds. The beds were loaded to the ground and they were uncomfortable. So I didn’t get what I paid for that. I had no choice and I had to take it.

Negative: The fact that I didn’t get what I paid for. I wanted the king-size bed and I wasn’t told until I checked in that I wasn’t getting what I paid for. Instead, I was told that I was being bumped up to a room with two queen size beds. I don’t consider that being bumped up. The beds were loaded the ground and they were uncomfortable. They sunk.

Positive: Facility was excellent 👌 almost perfect, only with the staff at the breakfast room. Name Nelia if I'm not mistaken.. She showed us attitude with no apparent reason.. I don't recommend having breakfast to the customer. She's always hiding at the back and can't talk to her if the customer needs help. !!!

Negative: Customer service at the breakfast area name Nelia!!!! She needs more educational information regarding customer service!!!!
