It covers 4,000 m² with a meadow view, is not overlooked, and offers a peaceful setting. The south-facing terrace and courtyard are 22 km from Le Mans or Sablé, and 15 km from the Le Mans Sud and Le Mans Ouest motorway exits. Upon arrival, you will find beds made, towels and kitchen linens provided, and Sarthe products available.
