Positive: The owner miss Jeanette was so accommodating and awesome. We just had a quick stay but it's worth it ... it really give a home away from home feeling 🤗 budget friendly, quiet and homey.

Positive: What I really this property was the owner super approachable and very closed to the famous tourist attractions. Also, many to mention in terms of restaurant nearby. I want to go back this property. Most important is the safetiness.

Negative: So far, i dont have words to dislike the place.

Positive: The friendly staff and the location of the hotel, nearby Jonker Walk, ease of access via foot. The toilets were clean and the unit was quiet despite the restaurants downstairs.

Negative: The cleanliness of the room could be improved as there were specks of dust on the floor and the bed. The check-in process could be improved as I was lost when I reached the property and had to call and collect the key from the nearby restaurant. Probably could suggest that this be communicated up-front for ease of reference.

Negative: The owner of "Restoran How Her Siang Tim Sum" will shoo away rudely if you parked your car in front of his shop, he will illegal occupy around 10 unit parking lot from evening till midnight. Hope local enforcement will take action soon...
