The First bedroom is a Master bedroom that has a king bed and en-suite bathroom that features two separate vanities and a walk in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed. The third room has a double bed, bunk bed, and additional pull out trundle to bring the home's sleeping number to 9. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom that has two vanities and a tub/shower combination to fit any families needs.
The beautifully renovated kitchen is fully equipped stainless steel appliances and granite counter top. The Kitchen also has small island that opens up to the living room. The living area off the kitchen is a great place to spend time with family and friends, to cook, and dine together.
The house features a 10' x 25' swimming pool with a swim ledge and integrated spa jets, providing a perfect place to cool off after a long day in the sun. Summary: One of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in. The home was lovely, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything, dishes, pans, utensils and assorted items! The deck pool was wonderful. My husband and I are realtors with property management backgrounds, I can’t say enough about Beachside Getaway management company. We had to call one evening about an issue. Will was there in less than 15 minutes of my call. We are now talking about staying two weeks next year. A genuinely fantastic vacation experience! Patty Watson

Summary: We had a wonderful stay while at Sandpiper. Overall, the home is well equipped with everything you need! It's very cozy and welcoming. Proximity to the beach is just a short 3 minute walk and 7 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We had five adults for our stay and house was perfect for that size. The Property Management team is extremely communicative and attentive. We submitted a maintenance request and someone was there within hours. We look forward to our next visit to HHI!

Summary: Great location convenient you to beach and Coligny Plaza. House had great amenities; however some needed some TLC, (Putting green , basketball goal, outdoor shower) all 3 need repairs.

Summary: Nice place short walking distance to the beach my only suggestion is hire a better cleaning crew the house was not very clean cobwebs inside the house noticeable and floors filthy other then that the pool in back yard was nice.

Summary: Great place for a family vacation. It was exciting to be able to take our large dogs and enjoy the beach only a small walk away. The pool was and back yard were perfect for privacy and just hanging out when the beach was crowded.

Summary: This property is very well kept and outfitted with all you need. In a perfect location for beach, food, biking, etc. Backyard feels like a private oasis, barely noticed the neighbors. Pool is wonderful- recommend paying extra to heat it. Property management company exceptional in terms of support and timeliness answering questions about the island and the house. Highly recommend this for a vacation with 2-3 families. It was very comfortable for our two families, each with two kids. Would love to be back.
