Summary: Nassiba's place is the perfect hub from which to explore the Montpellier area. It's very close to the #3 tram line which takes you into Centreville in little time. I also had a car so I bought all my groceries and provisions at the huge Auchan nearby. Nassiba has prepared a detailed and very helpful guidebook of day trips to destinations in the surrounding area (must see are Sauve and Sommières). The apartment was more than perfect for my needs. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, bidet on the toilet, and a very comfortable livingroom. The Smart TV allowed me to watch my favourite shows after a long day and even had a bluetooth sound bar. There are two nice, outdoor terraces, only one of which I used but only twice because of the mosquitoes. The apartment complex grounds are quiet and flanked on one side by a good sided olive grove which is pleasant to walk around. Reserved parking is available underground which I used frequently. Nassiba was very responsive and helpful in her communications. I highly recommend Nassiba and her wonderful place!

Summary: We were here for an entire month and felt perfectly at home. The apartment has everything one needs for comfort. We cooked most meals at home and there were ample pots, pans, and loads of dishes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was probably the best of any place we've stayed, with great hot water. Bring able to look out on greenery in February was especially appreciated. The wonderful Montpellier tram is a block away. It is clean, efficient, and apparently next year will be free for all. Communication with Nassiba was easy. Overall we loved our stay and hope to return.

Summary: This apartment was located a five minute walk away from a short tram ride from city centre so easy to access all Montpellier had to offer without driving. The apartment is well equipped for self catering and has a spacious lounge with Internet and TV capabilities. There is a terrace to the front facing the quiet park and olive trees, ideal for morning breakfast. There is another terrace to the rear with was ideal for dinner when the sun changed position, also quiet .facing a small,garden. Well equipped kitchen with supplies available for your use. Shutters front and rear helped to keep the place cool as well as security although the area was very quiet and felt safe behind locked gates. Garage space was too small for our car but we found street parking outside with no problems. The absence of air conditioning in extremely hot weather we experienced was a negative but the fans would suffice in normal temperature conditions so we were just unfortunate. The owner Nassiba wasn't actually able to meet us but her helper Fatima met us and was very nice and helpful but Nassiba did phone us to check everything was OK. Fatima and did the same on our departure , so thanks for that.

Summary: Only 4km from the Old Town (10 minutes by tram to Plan Cabanes, 15 mins to Gare St Roch - you can easily walk the distance too in about 40 minutes from the arch end of Rue Foch), this light and bright, ground floor apartment has everything you need for a quiet, calm and restful stay. Nassiba is a very thoughtful and very helpful host. She accommodated our checkin and checkout times with no problem and the kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything. The front and back gardens/terraces were lovely places to start and end the day. We have stayed in a number of apartments over our many years of foreign travel, and this is by far the closest to a home-away-from-home we have found - you can cook proper meals (there are spices, stocks, proper utensils etc), plus it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. You really do feel like a guest in someone's home. Nassiba has even prepared a folder of suggestions (with maps) of personal site-seeing and market favourites. It was no problem getting into town (we never waited more than 5 minutes for a tram) and the apartment is only steps from the tram stop, though as it is set back from the road amid rose gardens and olive groves, you would think you were in the country. There are two bakeries about 500m away as well as a very large supermarket less than 1km away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for short or long stays. Summary: In October 2013, we enjoyed a week in Nassiba’s comfortable and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment. Whereas many self catering apartment contain the bare essentials, this apartment includes personal and homely touches. It is in a very good location, being only a few minutes’ walk from the efficient and fast tram system which takes you to the historic centre of Montpellier. The lock up garage is a real asset because we used our hire car to explore the many interesting places within easy driving distance of the apartment. Upon return from a day’s sightseeing, we enjoyed sitting on the patio looking out onto the expansive grounds and olive grove. This apartment provides easy access to the centre of Montpellier but also provides a very comfortable haven with its tranquil garden setting.

Summary: "We stayed at Domaine de Bel Air for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was most welcoming and the apartment was excellent. Set in an oasis of Olive trees yet only 100 metres from a brand new Tram station it is wonderfully placed to explore Montpellier and the surrounding countryside. The Tram gets you into the city centre in 15 minutes or to the coastal lagoons in half an hour. The City itself is really beautiful with a great mix of old and new. In fact we had such a good time that we book our next stay in the apartment before we ended this one!"
