Summary: The pool was great. All the furniture including livingroom and all beds were very uncomfortable. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Summary: House was ok, needs some updating inside and out, and a few items are in need of repair and replacement. Beds were terribly hard and on wheels with plank flooring, omg slid every time you tried to sit down or get up. Please, please invest in a few memory foam mattresses for all beds, and a few pillows that are not so flat, it will boost your occupancy rating alot! Pool was nice and relaxing. Was not happy fence was down in yard on 2 sides. But it worked out fine, it was damage from hurricane Ian understandable. Please provide TV instructions some where in your binder. Over all if mattresses are replaced, I'd stay again for sure. Location was close to about everything you'd need. Thank you for letting us visit your home. Ps. Put trash out for Thursday pickup as instructed, but I think it comes on Tuesday instead. It was not picked up when we left Friday morning.

Summary: We're not dissatisfied with our stay by any means. The house accommodated my family and I just fine. The fenced in yard was great, very dog friendly. 😌 However, we did have to go to Walmart and buy dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and sponges so we could clean up after ourselves. Both garbage dumpsters were already very full when we arrived, so after adding ours, they were overflowing.

Summary: This property was perfect for my family's needs, it offered a peaceful place for us to relax while still being close to Disney. This allowed us to spend the day at Disney, come back to rest and then return to Disney for the night. It is located in a nice area with all kinds of stores and restaurants that aren't too far. The pool was nice and we loved how spacious the house was. The only negative things I have to say about this property was the cleanliness and lack of toilet paper. The sheets, towels and bathrooms were clean but the place is in need of a deep clean and a little TLC, especially the couches. As for the toilet paper, we probably could have called property management but we were going to the store any way. Despite these issues, the reasonable price was reflective of the property. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay here again.

Summary: The place was nice, the neighborhood was very quite. Other then a few minor things like a tile lifted in one of the bathrooms, the pool was a bit dirty when we first arrived which should be expected because of the constant rain. When I called the property manager he was very kind, the pool was cleaned immediately he offered to send someone to fix the tile as well but we just worked around it. I liked that they had certain streaming services that you could use and that they had different types of games my family and I could play with. Overall very nice home and I would book this home again in the future.

Summary: We absolutely loved our 3 weeks at this property. We brought our dogs with us and there was plenty of space for our family of four with our two pups. The pool is a great size and the living area and kitchen is really bright and open. Barring traffic, it's a 15 minute drive to Disney and SeaWorld, and about a 30-minute drive to universal. Now, when we were there, there was traffic because of construction going on at our exit for the highway, but I'm pretty sure that part is temporary. Even with traffic, no more than half an hour to anywhere on Disney property. The house was well equipped, the TVs are all very nice, the backyard to let the dogs run around was great, and we loved every single day of our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and there's a playground right around the corner. I cannot recommend this house enough. Both the property owner and management were easy to contact and friendly to work with. If we come to Disney again anytime soon, I would definitely look into staying here again.

Summary: house need to fix little details , no ceiling lights only lamps, blinds and tables were damaged, master room bathroom shower head was not dispensing enough water , pool needs to have more cleaning ,,, other than that house was very comfortable good location definitely will book again !!
