Summary: My husband, 6 yo daughter, friend and his 10 yo daughter stayed for one week. Check in was easy and so was check out. The house was clean and so was the pool/pool area. Lots of floaties which the girls loved. I was surprised to see carpet outside of the pool, it was clean and probably helped so they didn’t slip. Just took me off guard. Very basic amenities in the kitchen to include kcups, salt pepper some spices etc. Beach towels were provided which was nice as well. Only recommendation we would have is to have light switches labeled as we have seen at other rentals, and there were a few cobwebs on the lights (I did not care about this but my husband said to add it). Overall we are very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here almost a week at the end of July/early August. The home was perfect. We loved the screened in pool and covered area. An afternoon swim was perfect after working remotely. The home has everything you need to make your stay complete. Communication was great and questioned were answered promptly. We would stay here again!

Summary: You won’t be disappointed booking this home! Pictures are just as described - pool and patio are the star!!! We had the best time sitting out there eating and talking in the evening! And the pass-thru window to the kitchen is so wonderful!! People have commented on the pillows - not sure if they have upgraded since or not but I thought they were fabulous (they are super soft down feather - but believe they had additional ones available - we didn’t need them) Also wanted to say about the noise - yes there is traffic noise - it is very conveniently located - a block from a fair busy road … and centrally located to tons of restaurants, shopping, activities - so you have a bit of give and take! But when you are relaxing by the pool- the noise just fades away!!!! Host was awesome and was so quick to respond the few times I did have a question - from planning to during the stay!!

Summary: Excellent family friendly home!! My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in this welcoming home. Our children and grandchildren visited us for a weekend and there was plenty of room, the pool was a big hit with everyone! I was recovering from foot surgery and it was a great place to rehab. Even though there was a lot of traffic noise once you got in the house and sat in the outside area you were able to ignore the noise and relax. I liked that it was close to RTE 95 to explore Florida. I really can’t say enough good things about our house, the home was well furnished with everything you need; when I did need something our hostess brought it to us. Great house and excellent host.

Summary: Very nice property. Pool was a nice addition. Could use better pillows, but the bed waa super comfortable. Manitta was wonderful to work with. The pictures were very representative of the property.

Summary: We chose this property to be near family in the area. My family of 6 adults had plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the lanai. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. (You’ll need to bring your own beach towels.) We did not get a chance to use the pool because it was too chilly, but there were lots of fun pool toys if the weather allows. We had a couple of questions and a minor technology issue during our stay and the host was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Summary: Me and my family (and my dog) stayed at this property and we had a lovely stay. Clean, many amenities, and an easy location for local fun. Me and my family had a small thanksgiving there and it worked perfectly for us. Will stay again!
