Spazioso appartamento da poco ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort per ospitare fino a 5 persone, con 2 camere e 2 bagni. L'alloggio è ubicato in un affascinante stabile d'epoca in stile liberty, in pieno centro storico, e vanta un'invidiabile vista sulle terrazze, i campanili e le cupole della città vecchia. Siamo a brevissima distanza da tutti i principali punti d'interesse e i monumenti, a 150 metri dal mare e 9 minuti dalla Villa Regina Margherita. La stazione dista soli 12 minuti a piedi!
L'alloggio di 136 mq si trova al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore: è necessario pertanto salire le scale per accedervi.
Lo spazio interno è composto come segue:
- Ingresso/area living con divano letto singolo, scrivania e ventilatore a soffitto
- Cucina attrezzata con piano cottura a gas, frigorifero, bollitore, congelatore, moka elettrica, frullatore, tostapane, piastra, fornetto elettrico combinato con microonde
