Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The home was far better than staying at a 5-star hotel: soft beds, fluffy towels, washer and dryer and space galore. Men could gather in one area, women in another, and teenagers else where. Perfect accommodations, a separate remodeled/upgraded bathroom for EACH of the 5 bedrooms.. Our family was attending my niece's wedding and every venue was four to ten minutes away. Out the back door, we found the paved path that took us straight to the beach in about five to eight minutes. Exceptional place. we all want to come back for a longer stay; we enjoyed the accommodations for a long weekend and there was so much more we would like to do. Next time for us.

Negative: We had a mishap, no fault of the home owner, but definitely reflects on Vacasa. My family arrived in 3 shifts: afternoon, evening, and next morning. We checked with security before each of the three cars could enter the property. The first two groups entered easily with identification and password/reservation number. The next morning when the last of our party arrived, security would NOT let them in and said that they had no reservation or name on file. The security team would need to call and verify with owner, even though I had both identification and reservation numbers and information. The result was that we were late to the bridesmaids' luncheon and the third group finally were allowed through the gate after we had already departed for the event. Very stressful. but certainly not the owner's fault.

Summary: Location, location, location, and the accommodations were beyond our expectations.
