The apartment is approx 100 square meters and is on the 12th floor and totally private as the highest nearby buildings are only 4 levels. The apartment outlook is to the east and north and west so you get sunrise to sunset. It's fully self contained and furnished, including beach towels and beach umbrella, tennis rackets/balls, table tennis bats/balls. Also there is a 711 store and a McDonalds across the road and 'walk to' coffee shops and cafes nearby. The apartment has 2 balconies : Balconies are very dangerous for young children and its your responsibility to take due care. You can lock both balcony doors and there is an additional slip bolt at the top of those doors.
