Ground floor: living room-kitchen 70 m², wc. 1 landing bedroom of 25 m² on a mezzanine halfway up (lounge or sleeping area with internet/WIFI and sofa bed for 2 people). Upstairs: large 2nd modular bedroom of 50 m², with curtains and movable partitions to create up to 3 private spaces in the room (sofa bed, 2 bunk beds 90, 2 beds 160, baby bed), shower room, wc. Gas central heating. Not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Free parking nearby (opposite the gîte). All-inclusive rates: heating + electricity + sheets (beds made) + bathroom and household linen + final cleaning, except tourist tax in addition. Possibility of bringing in bicycles for cycling activities. Non-smoking cottage. This former salt loft is listed as a remarkable heritage site in the town of Loches, one of the Most Beautiful Detours in France. You will very rarely have the opportunity to live in a former salt loft (superbly restored). On the ground floor: living-dining room, fitted kitchen and toilet area. The mezzanine lounge area allows you to watch television or DVDs in peace.
