5 Bedroom House in Wake Forest

Enjoy a peaceful stay at LunaTerra, our nine bed home set on a magical ½ acre partially wooded lot. Experience instant tranquility as you soak in the scenery from the grand screened-in porch or expansive back patio. Follow the amazing natural lighting as the sun rises in the front of the house and sets in the back.
Our home is perfectly located, close to Raleigh and Durham, within 10 minutes to Downtown Wake Forest and multiple groceries stores, including our beloved Wegmans.
The Space:
LunaTerra can currently accommodate 12 people. There are nine beds which will comfortably sleep 12. All beds and full baths are on the second floor.
Sleeping: All bedrooms and full baths are on the second floor.
Room 1: King w/ en-suite bath
Room 2: Queen
Room 3: Queen
Room 4: 2 twin bunk beds
Room 5: Twin / Full bunk bed with office space and kids play area
Outdoor Space:
We love the house but the ½ acre of yards, wildlife and tranquility is our favorite aspect of this property. Sometimes best enjoyed in the screened in porch and other times enjoyed on the tree swing. Enjoyable anytime of year due to successional gardening.
Family Friendly Amenities:
2 Pack 'n Plays, a high chair, booster seat, kids dinnerware and board games, wooden play kitchens and books to help keep all ages entertained.
Guest Access:
Guests will be able to enjoy our cozy abode and both front and back yards. Please note there is no garage or shed access at this time.
Check-in is after 4pm.
Early check-in of 2pm can be requested for an additional $100. We would be happy to accommodate if it is available.
Check-out is at 10am.
Late check-out of noon is $100 and must be approved 24 hours in advance. Late check-out without prior approval is not allowed and will result in added fees. Any check-outs after 1pm will incur a charge of the nightly rate due to our inability to have the home ready by 4pm for our next guests.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped and stocked with organic olive oil and spices. The Main table can seat 8-10 table and chairs. Teak table in screened-in porch can accommodate 8+. Chef’s counter can accommodate another 4.
Dogs:
Please reach out ahead of your visit to inquire about your furry friend joining you. We may allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. We request that you crate your dog when you leave him/her home alone; we provide two LG. crates. We also ask that you clean up after your pooch, including a quick vacuum and poo pickup. Any dog mess left behind will incur a $100+ fee.
Guests On Site:
Only the number of guests in the reservation may be onsite at any given time. No exceptions.

Summary: Great neighborhood, quiet and centrally located between Raleigh and Wake Forest. House was very clean and spacious with plenty of accommodations. Hosts communicated well which made our stay enjoyable and stress free. If in the area again for an extended stay will definitely book again.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at Luna Terra! It was the perfect place to gather the family together to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from law school. The house was equipped with wonderful amenities that made everything flow smoothly. The beautiful back screened-in patio overlooking a gloriously landscaped yard felt like we were in the middle of nature. Meg and Mike were awesome hosts and made our stay fantastic! We are sure to stay at Luna Terra if we are in the area on a future trip.

Summary: Great house for extended family to spend weekend together. Very spacious. Highlight is the screened porch looking out to backyard - a must have for our next house we did not know we needed. Property manager very communicative and responsive and cover our every need. Overall 10/10.

Summary: This house worked perfectly for us to share with my brother’s family as we visited other local family for the holidays. The beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked enough for simple meals. They had good quality soaps provided. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood for walking the dog. We found a nice coffee shop nearby that we loved, Summer Moon coffee. The owners are super responsive and helpful. We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the back yard! It looks lovely. We definitely recommend this place.
