Summary: This is a great house for large groups. It was clean and communication was excellent. We did have some issues: The overhead lights in the main gathering room didn't work which was a big problem for us. We reported it and a repair crew was sent out but they didn't fix it. Other issues that weren't reported: Hot water heater did not work at times, one of the sofa beds was broken, there were 0 blankets in the house, wrong sized sheets were left on a few beds, reclining sofa in gathering space is broken, some bathroom sinks and tubs had clogged drains so they drained very slowly, large roach in the main gathering area. The house needs some basic maintenance to address these concerns.

Summary: Location is great. A minute walk to the beach. Lots of space we had 22 people and never felt packed in. Wish there was a little more seating for eating but we made due and utilized the living room. Pool and hot tub was not cleaned when we arrived but was a bad weather day, they showed up next day to clean it and it was great. Would stay here again in a heart beat if we needed a large space again.
