Summary: GPS took us right to the location. My friends had been there since morning, they were preparing to make a nice dinner for us, but the water was off. I called the landlord, and he said that they were working on it. It was about ten p m before the water was back on. I requested some financial compensation, since we had to all drive to a gas station a mile away to use the restroom. They had to do that a few times during the day. He said he would mull it around about compensation and get back to me in the morning. I didnt hear back from him in regards to that. Besides that kerfluffle, the landlord was very responsive to any and all questions we had. There was no broom and we requested one, and there was on our doorstep the next day. It was a very comfortable place to stay as a couple, however the layout was not conducive of any more adults then a couple. The bathroom is located in the bedroom and the bunkbeds are in the TV room so if someone was in there it would be difficult to stay up . Overall we enjoyed our visit at 1174 topside rd.

Summary: On the plus side, the condo was very clean and looked to have been finished recently, as it had a very modern look to it. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, there were a few issues. My biggest concern is the layout. The “living room” area is in the same room as the second bedroom. So, when the person in that bedroom goes to bed, you no longer have access to the living room. This is fine if you only have 2 people, but if it’s a family with kids, that could be a problem. Some minor things that could be fixed - the shower leaks. More accurately, it sprays off to the side where the shower head is connected to the feed line. Seems like an easy fix with just some plumbers tape and a wrench. Also, there was a problem with either the kitchen outlets or the coffee maker. We tried three different kitchen outlets for the coffee maker and two of the three worked, but not all the time. Outlet 1 wouldn’t work. Switched to outlet 2, still wouldn’t work. Back to outlet 1 and it worked for 2 cups of coffee, then it wouldn’t work again. Tried the next day on 1 & 2, no power, tried outlet 3 and it worked for 2 cups, then no power again. Finally, the mattressess were VERY FIRM. This is a personal preference, I know, but for me and my wife and daughter, they were way too hard. I did not get a good nights sleep any of the 3 nights we were there.
