Summary: This is our second time staying at Ken's place. In the Millwork District, steps away from the Saturday morning farmers market, a few blocks from a brewery, a craft bar a few doors away, an indie bookstore and El May restaurant a short walk. (great food and atmosphere) Ken's place is super clean, quiet and huge! He has a great restaurant around the corner. We will be back!

Summary: Loved the place, very good location and it was wonderful to get up and walk over to Jitterz Coffee Shop. My only comment is the king size bed has square memory foam pillows that were incredibly uncomfortable. We ended up changing our pillow cases to the decor pillows instead and it was much better. Overall a very lovely experience!

Summary: Perfect location to Dubuque's Millwork Districts many shops, bars and restaurants. Private entrance to a spacious rental unit. Large kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Many kitchen supplies although we just had morning coffee and meals out. Large lounge area with t.v. and even larger bedroom with the most comfortable king size bed. Location was quiet and rental owner Ken always available. We really enjoyed this location and so would you.

Summary: Check in info and Wi-Fi info was not correct but owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Living room furniture needs foot stools or hassocks. Bedroom furniture was excellent. Very comfortable. Best location with craft brewery next door and Saturday fresh market right on Iowa street! We could get coffee in our Jammie’s!!

Summary: I really enjoyed this property. The location was very walkable -a brewery a few doors down, cool indie bookstore and several coffee shops and El May restaurant the next block up was the best meal I have ever had. The Farmer's market on Saturday's (May-Oct) is right in front of the apartment. The apartment was quiet , spacious and very clean. With a comfortable bed. Short walk to the library. About a 5-10 minute drive to the Riverwalk and the Mississippi River Museum. Ken is a very nice host. Will certainly return.
