Anini Kai, is a luxury beach home located on the North Shore of Kaua'i (TVNCU#-4219 & SP-2011-13). Newly remodeled with top of the line appliances and finishes, this home is spacious, comfortably furnished and well-maintained. This family-friendly retreat is only 100 steps down a secluded path from scenic Anini Beach and Reef. Anini is the largest reef in the Hawaiian Island chain and shelters Anini Beach providing fantastic swimming and snorkeling conditions, gentle wave action, and year-around warm water. Large waves can be found a short distance east of the home for those who surf. Guests find it easy to relax at this location and should feel motivated to explore the neighborhood, beautiful sandy beach and shallow water features of the inner reef zone. Anini Kai has its own grove, spice plants and large front and back yard areas. Fruit trees on the property include orange, mango, starfruit, grapefruit, lime, lemon, macadamia and lychee. Tropical foliage and flowers enclose the entire estate.
The nearby surrounding area away from the home is a kaleidoscope of world-renowned beaches, surfer paradise, tropical gardens, wildlife sanctuaries, historic villages and world class golf courses. The resort community of Princeville is four miles west of Anini Kai and has a large grocery store and numerous other shops, galleries and restaurants. Stables for horseback riding as well as sites for zip-lining through tropical trees may be found on the way to Princeville. The beautiful and quaint town of Hanalei is only seven miles northwest of Anini Kai and is one of the coolest places on earth. Its world famous bay and beaches are perfect for surfing, sun-bathing, cycling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, photography and sight-seeing. Hanalei is home to many stylish boutiques, jewelry and curiosity gift shops as well as restaurants offering everything from fine seafood cuisine to pizza and burgers.

Summary: We loved this house. It’s super clean, recently remodeled, a perfect 3 bedroom layout in a quiet neighborhood so close to the beach. You can hear the waves from every room. The beach path is right in front of the house and anini beach is so peaceful. Highly recommend this spot!

Summary: This home is unbelievably beautiful. I love it here. It is so welcoming, comfortable, sunny, bright and cheerful. Honest and pure good vibes here. Plenty of space to hang and still have privacy for a family of five (kids are now young adults!). Windows open everywhere with sheer white curtains flowing with the breeze. The house is so nice we actually remodeled our house to try to replicate the clean, open and fresh look. We cooked and baked together every night, and loved eating by candlelight in the breezy back porch, especially when it rained. The house is surrounded by beauty, every window is a work of art and nature, swaying trees, flowers, birds, clouds, sunsets. The best sunset you see is when you are relaxing in the deep soaking tub upstairs. The many fruit trees in the back yard are phenomenal- star fruit! I feel like the house is on the beach, you just have to cross the street and you are already on the short path to the most serene and stunning private beach on earth, it is particularly stunning at night when the water is calm and all of the stars in the world show up. A 15 minute star float is priceless. The resident turtle shows you what it’s like to be peaceful, calm, and relaxed - you know it has let a lot of things go in his lifetime and living just fine and happy without all that baggage. Lots of coral and tropical fish, you can snorkel and swim really far out there - it’s shallow all the way. You can be in that water all day, but put on suncreen!

Summary: My family of 5 and my 80+ mom loved our visit to Anini beach and to Nicole's beautiful home. It was a perfect getaway before we sent two of our boys off to college. The quiet cove, warm water, fish full beach is just steps from the home and it was a treat to walk over and jump in after a day of adventuring. The home is equipped with everything one could need, plus the decor was lovely--love the Buddhas! My kids loved to play in the backyard, and I enjoyed reading in the hammock. Thank you for a great visit. We hope to come again.

Summary: This house was amazing! We booked this property as our Kauai timeshare was having the roof replaced and we didn't want to be bothered by the construction noise and debris. This was the best decision we could have made. This property was beautiful inside and out. The check in was easy, the owner was responsive, and with a semi secluded beach literally 100 Steps away how could you possibly have a bad time. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family had a lovely stay! Very quick walk across the street to Anini beach. AC upstairs was very helpful and we loved the screened in back porch. House had everything we needed for the beach and for meal prep. As a tip, if you like a dark bedroom while you sleep, pack an eye mask :). Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home! We would love to stay here again.

Summary: I feel so grateful for our amazing stay in this beautiful place. Peaceful private area. Nicely updated home with generous space from neighbors. Morning coffee on the front porch listening to the birds. 100 steps from ultimate relaxation. Calm snorkeling, great for beginners. Afternoon naps in the hammock. Evening dinner on the back porch with a nice breeze. Nicki was incredibly kind, responsive and accomodating. If this home is available I'll come back every year. Mahalo!

Summary: Beautiful house very close to the beach! Loved sitting on the back and front porches with the Hawaiian Breeze. Would have liked a bit more information on recommendations on activities and where to eat and shop in the area. Be careful of the steps at night going up to the master bedroom and another set down to the living room. Really loved having the beach equipment and laundry handy.
