The structure hosting the apartments is the last building of the village of Sant'Angelo before the beginning of the beach which borders the isthmus towards the small peninsula named Torre di Sant'Angelo.

The Eastern, Southern or Western exposure of the rooms ensures plenty of light from the early morning hours to the late afternoon. The "piazzetta" – the real heart of the village – is the starting point of several narrow, winding streets leading to the upper part of the hamlet, overlooked by the ancient small church of San Michele, and reaching Maronti beach, the largest of the island, along trails directly above cliffs with a sheer fall to the sea and disclosing a stunning view.
