Located less than 8 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

You'll have one side of this historic duplex all to yourself with free gated parking, free laundry, a private entrance, lively living room, a cozy bedroom with lots of natural light, a walk-in closet, full bath, spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, indoor dining/work area, and a shady side yard and patio with an umbrella table for dinner al fresco.

Summary: Nicely redone older home in downtown Phoenix. It was very clean and has everything you need. We did not spend much time there or use the kitchen but it appeared well stocked. The bed was comfortable and seemed safe with gated parking. There is also a nice little patio area.
