Positive: Very nice peaceful neighborhood a lot of snow

Negative: The house is nice needs some updating for the bedding and the stove I like renting a house to take a vacation so we can cook instead of going out so much wasting money that we could use for fun activities

Positive: This place was a great price, dog friendly (with an extra fee) and only about 20 minutes from the Heavenly Village area. It sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a bunk bed in one room with an xbox and games and a queen bed with a roll out twin bed in the closet in another room. Then upstairs there is a queen bed and another roll out bed in that bedroom closet. There is a large balcony (just be careful because the railing isn't very safe), a small balcony, pool table with a ping pong table that goes on top, cable tv, tons of movies (mainly on tape), a vcr, dvd player, stereo, cd player, tape player, some books and the kitchen has everything you could need, including a crockpot and spices. We loved that there was a washer and dryer, too. The owner is very friendly.

Negative: Not enough towels or washrags for 8 people. Downstairs queen bed is extremely creaky, just moving your foot or arm makes it creak, but it was pretty comfy and had plenty of covers for the cold night. Not sure how the other beds are since I didn't sleep in them.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying here and are planning on coming back! Thank you!
