Summary: We had very good stay at this house it had everything that we needed for a wonderful vacation tha accommodations were very clean the rooms very spacious and the pool and the spa were perfect. The owner was very accoomidating to all our needs if we needed heat for the pool or spa and taking care that the temperature in the house was perfect at all times . I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this house very highly.

Summary: The house was very clean and spacious pleny of room for all, there was more than enough housewares available for our use we had everything we needed for our trip. The owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was readily available if we needed heat in the pool or cool air in the house, it was a quick ride to Disney world!! I would definitely stay there again!! The pool was refreshing and the spa was relaxing!!

Summary: My stay was absolutely amazing, the rooms were great, the pool was awesome, the house was very clean, the air conditioner worked very well and kept the house cool, the Owner couldn’t have been any more helpful and accommodating,he called us to make sure the air conditioner and the pool heater was to our satisfaction and that he was a only phone call away if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.Its a 15 minute drive to Disney world and shopping was even closer.

Summary: Wonderful host and beautiful home! Very clean and well maintained. Quick response from the host when we had questions, very helpful. Very close to the local attractions like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios! Plenty of shopping and food choices nearby. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: When we first arrived at the condo and read the information in the binder about the air conditioning being preset, we were unsure about the stay. We tried to call the property manager but they aren’t available on the weekends. I emailed Frank, the owner, and discussed our concerns. Within less than an hour he called me personally and addressed everything. He gladly lowered the air conditioner temperature and the rest of the stay was amazing! If we decide to return to Orlando/Davenport again, we will definitely rent this property again! The pool was amazing and we’ll used by the kids and there was plenty of options for entertainment on every single tv in the house! Thank you so much to Frank and Marie for allowing us to rent their property!
